Steak Mince Burger

We love to make beef burgers from our mince, and we make sure ours has decent fat content to add plenty of juiciness and flavour. A decent beef burger ought to stimulate the senses – but it is important to use quality fresh ingredients to compliment the beef. We like a warm toasted burger bun, a ripe and juicy tomato a slice of your favourite cheese, crunchy lettuce leaves, ketchup, mayonnaise and of course your burger patty.

Making the patty is easy – a pinch of salt and pepper is all you need. Make the patties with your hands, and our top tip is to make them the day before you want to eat them to help to keep the mince together when they cook.

Cook on a griddle / frying pan to your liking.
